Product overview

The 3B Scientific Mini Human Torso Model (1000195, B22) is an approximately half life-size torso designed so that even small hands can quickly take it apart and put it back together. All of the organs are hand-painted for clear identification.

The model has 12 parts, including two head halves, a brain half, two lungs, a two-part heart, the stomach, the liver with gallbladder and a two-part intestinal tract. Removing each organ lets students see how the body's systems are arranged inside the chest and abdomen. It measures about 54 x 24 x 18 cm and weighs around 2 kg.

In middle and secondary biology lessons, it supports topics such as digestion, respiration and circulation through hands-on assembly. The model includes access to the 3B Smart Anatomy app and a five-year warranty.

    Classic Human Brain Model, 5-part

The 3B Scientific Classic Human Brain Model (1000226, C18) is a teaching model based on an original anatomical cast of a real human brain. It is divided along the midsagittal plane, so students can see both the outer surface and the internal structures of the brain. The model separates into five parts, allowing learners to take apart the frontal and parietal lobes, the temporal and occipital lobes, the brainstem and the cerebellum and study how they fit together. It measures about 13 x 14 x 17.5 cm, weighs 0.66 kg and is supplied on a removable base for display. It can also be combined with compatible 3B Scientific skull models. In biology and anatomy classes, it supports lessons on the nervous system and brain regions, and the included 3B Smart Anatomy app offers a digital version of the model for further study. It carries a five-year warranty.

Human Skeleton "Shorty" with Painted Muscles

Shorty from 3B Scientific (1000044, A18/5) is a miniature human skeleton reproduced at half natural size (80 cm) while keeping the anatomical detail of a full-size model. It stands about 94 cm tall on its pelvic-mounted base and weighs around 2.7 kg. On the left half of the skeleton, muscle origins are painted in red and insertions in blue, helping students link bones with the muscles that move them. The arms and legs can be removed for closer study, the skull separates into skullcap, base of skull and mandible, and the hip joints are mounted to show their natural rotation. The skeleton can also be taken off its base. Its compact size makes it practical for desks and smaller classrooms in biology and physical education lessons. The model includes access to the 3B Smart Anatomy app and a five-year warranty.

Heart Anatomy Model – 29 pcs

The Anatomy Model - Heart from Learning Resources gives students a close, hands-on look at how the human heart is built. This realistically detailed plastic model stands about 5 inches tall once assembled, and learners put it together piece by piece to understand how each part fits. The model shows the superior and inferior venae cavae, the right and left atria, the tricuspid valve, the right and left ventricles, the pulmonary artery, the mitral and aortic valves and the aorta. The 29-piece set includes the model, a display stand and a guide with facts and photo-illustrated assembly instructions. It works well in human body centers and biology lessons on the circulatory system, where students can assemble, label and discuss the path of blood through the heart, building anatomy knowledge, spatial reasoning and fine motor skills.

    SPIKE™ Prime Set

The LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime Set is a hands-on STEAM kit designed for lower-secondary classrooms. Its 528 pieces combine colourful LEGO® bricks with a programmable hub, motors and sensors, so students can design and build working models and robots and then control them with code. Programming is done in the LEGO® Education SPIKE™ App, which starts with Scratch-based drag-and-drop blocks and lets students move on to text-based Python when they are ready. Activities range from easy entry projects to open-ended design challenges that build problem-solving, critical thinking and teamwork, whatever a student's starting level. The set is supported by more than 50 hours of curriculum-aligned learning inside the app, together with classroom activities, getting-started materials and teacher resources. It suits regular lessons, coding clubs and FIRST® LEGO® League teams, and can be extended with the SPIKE™ Prime Expansion Set.
