    Alpha Set C

Alpha Set C is another add-on for ZMROBO's Alpha Set A, extending the screen-free card-coding system with more motors, sensors and command cards. Like the other expansions, it must be used together with Alpha Set A. It adds a medium motor, a colour sensor, a photosensitive (light) sensor and an IR range finder with ten distance levels, together with 81 types of building blocks and more than 380 parts. With two motors available, robots can drive and move freely, and students program them by scanning command cards with the OID module. The 16-lesson curriculum covers smart-home devices, dual-motor games, moving cars and interactive machines, with builds such as an automatic clothes hanger, sliding door, obstacle-avoiding car, dancing robot and drummer. Students learn motion command cards and use the colour sensor to control robot behaviour.

    Alpha Set X

Alpha X is an entry-level ZMROBO set made for STEAM education and built around robot line-following tasks. With easy-to-build structural parts, it helps students aged 6+ start quickly with graphical programming and structure building while developing logical thinking and hands-on skills. The set includes a controller with dot-matrix screen and sound and light modes, two medium motors, an ultrasonic sensor for obstacle avoidance, an intelligent tracking module for line following, wheels, beams, pegs, a frame, a ball caster, cables, a USB cable and a track map, 61 pieces in total. Students program the robot from a mobile device or PC using the Alpha Code app, which also supports programmable remote control. Sixteen standard lessons progress from easy to more challenging, combining knowledge from several subjects to build robot structure and programming skills step by step.

    Beta Set

The ZMROBO Beta Set is an entry-level competition robot designed for children aged 6+. It is intended as a first step into robotics contests and can be used in several official robotics competitions, such as Super AI track events. At its core is the C6 controller with a 1.8-inch full-colour display, built-in Bluetooth, a 3.7 V 2100 mAh lithium battery, buzzer, sound sensor and motor drive. A 7-channel grayscale tracking module with automatic threshold scanning and resistance to ambient light helps the robot follow lines accurately, while motors with built-in encoders provide high torque and precise control. The set includes 34 types of building blocks and more than 115 accessories. Students can program the robot with graphical blocks and progress to Python and C, preparing them for timed track challenges and team competitions.

    Engineering Set

The ZMROBO Engineering Set (model 2107) is a STEAM building kit that introduces children to how machines and moving structures work. It is recommended for ages 6+ and its course content is aimed at children aged roughly 6 to 10. The set offers up to 96 types of building blocks and 550 parts, including gears, axles, beams, frames, wheels and tyres, together with a motor and a two-way motor power module with built-in lithium battery, two switches and a charging port. Parts are stored in a plastic box inside the colour box. A 48-lesson curriculum in three stages gradually explains the composition, working principles and real-world uses of different dynamic structures, drawing on several subject areas. Through building and testing, students strengthen hands-on ability, observation and analytical thinking.

    Intelligence Storm Set

Intelligence Storm is ZMROBO's educational robot set that brings together programming, artificial intelligence and robot competitions. It is designed for students from Grade 3 through junior high school (ages 7+) and combines a capable controller, a range of sensors and basic AI algorithms. The E6 controller has a 2.4-inch colour LCD, Cortex-M4 chip, built-in Bluetooth, eight sensor ports and four motor ports, an MP3 player and a built-in lithium battery. The set adds large and medium encoder motors, an AI vision module with speech recognition and image learning, plus ultrasonic, photoelectric, colour and touch sensors and a colour lamp. With 88 types of blocks and 620 parts, students can build many models, and further sensors are available separately. Students can program in Scratch-style blocks, flowcharts, Python or C on PC, tablet or phone. The curriculum spans multiple stages and covers how robots work, sensor data, motor control, logic and variables, then introduces AI projects such as face tracking, gesture control and voice commands.

    Tinkerkit Braccio Robot Arm

The TinkerKit Braccio is a fully working robotic arm that students assemble themselves and control through an Arduino board. It can be built in several configurations and used for tasks such as picking up and moving objects, and it can also carry add-ons like a camera or a small solar panel for more advanced projects. The arm has six servo-driven axes, a gripper that opens to about 90 mm, a reach of up to 80 cm and a maximum height of around 52 cm. It can lift roughly 150 g at a 32 cm distance, or up to 400 g in its most compact configuration. The kit contains 21 plastic parts with screws and fasteners, six servo motors, an Arduino-compatible shield, a 5V 4A power supply and basic assembly tools. An Arduino board is not included and must be added separately. Because the design is open source, it suits upper-school robotics, engineering and programming classes that explore kinematics and automation.

    Arduino Alvik Robot

Arduino Alvik is a compact two-wheeled educational robot that arrives assembled, designed to help learners at different levels get into coding and robotics. Younger students can start with drag-and-drop block coding, while older students can move on to MicroPython or the Arduino language, so the same robot can grow with a class. Alvik is built around an Arduino Nano ESP32 working with an on-board STM32 microcontroller. Its built-in sensors include a time-of-flight distance sensor, an RGB color sensor, a 6-axis gyroscope and accelerometer, a three-channel line-follower array and touch buttons. It also has two motors and two RGB LEDs. For expansion, the robot offers LEGO Technic and M3 screw mounting points, a servo connector, and Grove and Qwiic I2C connectors for adding sensors. It is powered by a replaceable, rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery charged over USB-C. Arduino provides structured courses for both block-based and MicroPython learning, making Alvik suitable from primary school through high school.
